Price and reservation information

• The price is intended per apartment per day (only overnight stay).
• The price changes according to the number of people, the duration of stay and the season.
• We have a 3 nights minimum stay requirement.
• The local tax of 2.60 € per day for adults and children older than 14 years is not included in the price.
• Pets are not allowed
• In case the apartments are not left clean and tidy, we charge 50 € for
  cleaning.
• Any damage has to be paid.

• Bedding, towels, dish towels
• Hair dryer
• Free WLAN
• Flat-TV
• Parking place
• Bread service
• Breakfast basket with homemade products
• Ski room in the house nearby
• Washing machine and tumble dryer (for a small fee) 
• Toddler equipment upon request
• Herbs from the garden

Deposit:

• Has to be payed within 7 days from the booking confirmation
• Is calculated according to the length of stay

Cancellation Policy:

• The confirmatory deposit will be retained in any case
• Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of stay
• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price of stay
• In case of early depature or late arrival: 100% of the total price of stay
   

  Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree

  no. 2006/2005 (Consumers’ Code).

Payment:

• Occures the day before departure
• We accept cash and bank transfer

Check-in & Check-out:

• At your arrival, the apartments will be ready at 2 pm; if you are arriving later than 8 pm we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
• The day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment at 9:30 am the latest
